Mom To Be Album - A box with a sliding closure

I am really happy monsoon has finally arrived, although here in Gurgaon the summer doesn't want to subside yet.
Inspired by Mom to be papers by Papericia, I would like to share with you a new project - a photo box with a sliding closure embellished by the motif sheet that comes with the paper collection and little bit of shabby chic styling!

I love how the box turned out.

To open the box, you just need to slide the circle down through the opening on the right side of the lid.

Inside there is a little album.

Friendship's Day Shaker Card

Hi, Today I am back with a shaker card made for friendship's day. I used two of the Stampendous Spring Short Stack clear stamps for my front panel.

 Using a water color paper, I water washed few colors and wrote the sentiment - best friends forever. Use a doily and few die cuts to embellish the card.

Plane and simple card

Today I have a fun card. I made it using lawn fawn's Plane and Simple stamp and die set.

 I first masked the border's for the front of my card, then distressed the background using Broken China DI. To add little shine to the background I applied little bit of Nuvo embellishment mousse Aquamarine.

White Heat embossed the clouds. Stamp, Color and die cut the plane images like glider plane, flag and puffy clouds. Stick the images using foam tape to add some dimension.

Using a red permanent marker, make a border of the panel using a ruler. Die cut the happy birthday sentiment using red CS.

Wallet Mini scrapbook Album - Kids DIY craft project - using digital papers and stickers

Hi my crafting friends,
Here is another mini album I made using digital papers by FreePrettyThingsForYou and Travel theme digital stickers by Etsy. I love the album as the papers and the sticker goes very well.
The whole album is made using 12"*12" grey CS.

Sharing the pics of mini scrapbook album I made using digital papers. This is my first such project. I am very happy with the results. didn't imagine digital papers too can do the magic. This is Cute Camping collection by PaperCraft.

Vintage Tray - Decoupage on MDF

Today I am going to share a Decoupage project with you. I made a bright green tray using Folkart's acrylic paints. It is a MDF tray.

I first gave a base coat of red color. Then I rubbed some wax candle on some places so that the top coat comes off easily when I scrub it with sand paper. I gave a top coat of white chalk paint. Distressed using a sand paper.

Once I am happy with the look, I decoupage the tissue paper design.
I used apple green color for stenciling the whole tray surface. Painted polka dots on the borders of the tray.

Painted copper color on the edge of the tray and distressed again. Finally to add some interest I twirled one matching twine on the handles.

Finally, a good coat of Liquitex varnish gives a beautiful shine to the tray. And you are done!!
