Tags using scraps

Hi Friends,

Welcome to by blog. Here are few tags I made last year but couldn't get time to share the pics with you.

I used scraps of the pattern papers, card stock to make these tags. So I generally make lot of tags to utilize my scraps and then I use these tags on birthday presents/ Christmas presents.

I stamp the images and then water colored them using distress inks. Sentiments on the panel are computer printouts. I also used wood veneer letters to make cute words like love, laugh etc.

I hope you like my idea of best out of waste :)
Thanks !

Doodling and Water Coloring through Distress Inks

Hi Friends,

Today I got time after a long break to update my blog, so here is one more post :)
Here are two cards I made.

I tried my hands on doodling and water colouring through Tim Holtz distress inks.
Though these are not free hand doodles, I used objects from my stash, like stencils, dies etc. I first traced the design through pencil then water colored it. After that I highlighted the design through a black pen. I added some interest through white gel pen on the flowers or empty spaces.

Hope you like my cards. Thanks for stopping by!
