Aeroplane Birthday Invite

Hello friends!
Here I wanted to share airplane birthday invite I made for my son's bday party as he turned 3 last month.
On a water color card stock I first colored the background using Broken China DI, masking off the border. All the images are from Lawn fawn Plane and Simple Stamp set. I fuzzy cut and arranged on the panel using glue and foam tape.
When you open the card, there is a personalized boarding pass attached having all the details of the birthday party.

Thanks for stopping by.. I hope you got inspired!

Textured Gold Photoframe

Hello crafty friends, I have a fun technique for you today. Look at the pic below, can you guess what I have used to get this look ?
Hmmm, I used my about to dry Modge Podge clay. yes! I spread the Modge podge clay on the surface of the photoframe using a spatula. Allow it to dry. paint the whole frame using black acrylic paint. Use Antique gold acrylic paint to give highlights to the texture using air dry brush technique.
Apply sealer and varnish. thanks for stopping by , hope you got inspired :)

Jewelry Box - Pink and Blue

Hello everyone! I am back with a jewelry box.
First paint the whole box using bright Pink Folkart acrylic color. Using sky blue paint the front of the drawers and the box. Using a sand paper, scrub off the blue paint while it is still wet, to give a distressed look! by now you know I am a vintage /distress look fan :)
Using archival inks, stamp cute images and text scripts. Finally give highlights on the edges using Gold moose.
 Apply sealer and varnish. Done!!
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you got inspired :)
